Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Yakup Ceyran.
The 38-year-old is wanted on warrant for theft-related offences.
Ceyran is known to frequent Melbourne, Richmond, Craigieburn, Heidelberg and Coburg areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ceyran in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is about 170cm tall with dark hair and tattoos on his arms.
