Youth arrested over break-in at Green Fields, SA

A teenage boy has been arrested after he allegedly broke into a building site at Green Fields overnight, according to SA Police.

Just before 10.30pm last night, a Salisbury patrol and a police dog patrol, responded to an alarm activation at a building site on Salisbury Highway.

The police dog patrol searched the area, locating a male youth nearby carrying two large garbage bags of electrical wiring, allegedly stolen from the building site.

The 16-year-old boy from Brahma Lodge was arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass and theft, he has been bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Youth Court at a later date.
