Northern Territory Police investigating the assault of two males on Railway Terrace in Alice Springs on 15 November have commenced proceedings against two 13-year-old male youths.
One of the offenders is being considered for youth diversion, Northern Territory Police say.
The other offender has been summonsed to appear in the Alice Springs Court at a later date.
