$100,000 property stolen from business near Cessnock, NSW

Police are investigating after a number of items including a tractor and a refrigerator were stolen from a construction company near Cessnock, NSW Police say.

Between 2:30pm on Thursday 29 September 2016 and 7am on Tuesday (4 October 2016), a business on Wollombi Road, Greta Main, was broken into.

A ‘Hindmotor’ tractor, fridge, furniture, kitchen appliances, television and accessories from two ‘Kimatsu’ excavators were stolen.

Police have been told the total value of the property is about $100,000.

Police from Central Hunter Local Area Command were notified and commenced an investigation.

Detectives are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
