$100K Lottery Win Sends Glenmore Park Couple to Bed

The Lott

A Glenmore Park couple were left weak at the knees and in desperate need of a lie down after we surprised them with the news they'd won $100,000 in yesterday's Lucky Lotteries draw.

The Western Sydney residents held the 1st Prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 11081, drawn Monday 22 June 2026. They look forward to a $100,000 boost.

"You're joking?!" the winning husband gasped when we called with the news.

"My wife is nearly collapsing beside me. We can't believe it.

"I buy one Lucky Lotteries and one Powerball ticket once a week. Just a small ticket for each game to put us in the mix."

"We're getting old now, but we're so fortunate to have great family around us," the winning wife added.

"We're going to make sure our kids benefit in some way or another.

"I can't wait to call and tell them the news.

"I just feel like cheering 'yahoo!', but I think I'll need a rest first."

The duo's winning entry of three consecutive numbers was purchased at Mags News, Shop 8, Glenmore Park Town Centre, Glenmore Parkway, Glenmore Park.

Mags News owner Dhiren Rangoonwala shared he could hardly believe his outlet had sold a major prize winning entry to a customer.

"It was an incredible moment. At first, I could hardly believe we'd done it again. Knowing that someone who visited our store is now a 1st Prize winner is exciting and rewarding," he said.

"We feel genuinely happy for the winner and proud that our outlet played a small part in such a life-changing moment.

"It'll no doubt create a strong sense of optimism and fun in the store, and many will feel inspired knowing that a 1st Prize winning entry was sold right here in our outlet.

"We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the 1st Prize winner. We hope this life-changing win brings them happiness, security, and new opportunities for the future."
