A woman will face court charged with drug supply offences as inquiries continue into the supply of illicit drugs in The Hume Police District.
Detectives from The Hume Police District yesterday (Tuesday 10 February 2026), executed a search warrant at a unit in Miro Street, Young.
During the search, officers located and seized cash, cannabis and methylamphetamine and electronic equipment.
The seized drugs have an estimated potential street value of more than $34,000
Following inquiries, a 49-year-old woman was arrested at Boorowa and taken to Young Police Station where she was charged with four offences,
- Supply prohibited drug (greater than the indictable quantity and less that the commercial quantity)
- Possess prohibited drug (two counts), and
- Deal with property - proceeds of crime
She was granted conditional bail to appear before Young Local Court on Wednesday 4 March 2026.
Inquiries continue into the supply of illicit drugs in Young and Boorowa.
