$200,000 property recovered when search warrant executed at Hawkesbury

Stolen property worth an estimated $200,000, has been recovered after a search warrant was executed in Kurrajong Hills yesterday.

About 3pm yesterday (14 January 2021), officers attached to Hawkesbury Police Area Command executed a search warrant at a home in Kurrajong Hills.

During the search, officers seized five motor vehicles, a commercial air compressor and Government sign, worth an estimated $200,000.

A 43-year-old man at the location was arrested and taken to Windsor Police Station, where he was charged with seven counts of goods in custody, five relating to the motor vehicles.

The man was granted bail and is due to appear at Windsor Local Court on Thursday 25 February 2021.
