Rockhampton Regional Council has confirmed that the 2020 Homeless Connect event, due to take place next month, is cancelled. This is due to COVID-19 event and gathering restrictions. Donations should not be left at the Showgrounds.
Those who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness can call the Queensland Homeless Hotline on 1800 474 753. The Hotline can provide information and referral services including where to find support, accommodation, meals and showers.
