The ACT's vocational education and training sector came together last night to recognise outstanding individuals, organisations, and training providers at the ACT Training Awards.
Each year the ACT Training Awards recognise individuals and organisations across 13 categories, including ACT Apprentice of the Year, ACT Trainee of the Year, ACT Small Employer of the Year and ACT Industry Collaboration.
Minister for Skills, Training and Industrial Relations, Michael Pettersson MLA, said the annual awards are an important opportunity to recognise and celebrate the dedication, innovation, and achievements of those contributing to the success of the sector.
"The ACT is proud to have a strong and vibrant vocational education and training sector, supported by high-quality providers offering a wide range of courses for learners and employers," Minister Pettersson said.
"As our city grows, these skills are vital to driving economic development and preparing our young people for the future."

Winners at the 2025 ACT Training Awards will now represent the ACT at the Australian Training Awards later this year. These are the peak national awards that showcase best practice in vocational education and training (VET).
