The wait is over for year 12 graduates across the State, who today received their Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) results.
More than 57,900 Year 12 students graduated high school in Queensland this year and 52 percent received an ATAR.
The highest possible rank of 99.95 was achieved by 37 students and more than 24 percent of eligible students received a score of 90 percent or above.
The ATAR is a percentile rank between 0.00 and 99.95, which indicates a students position relative to their peers within the same age group for a given year.
Minister for Education John-Paul Langbroek commended the 2025 graduates on their incredible efforts.
"Congratulations to the Year 12 students receiving their ATARs today," Minister Langbroek said.
"Despite several severe weather challenges across the State this year, graduates have received incredible results and should be so proud of their achievements.
"Today's graduates are the State's future doctors, dentists, engineers, teachers and technicians, and it's exciting to see them take this milestone step in their education journey.
"The Crisafulli Government is delivering a record $21.9 billion Education Budget to ensure future students have access to the same world-class education."
Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre CEO Chris Veraa said the release of ATARs represents a significant moment for tens of thousands of young graduates.
"For everyone here at QTAC, we know that today is not only a celebration for Year 12 students, but also for their families, their teachers and their wider school communities, who have been there every step of the way," Mr Veraa said.
"We hope this moment will be one where all Queensland graduates are able to look back on what they've achieved with pride and think about where they're headed next as they pursue their dreams."
To access their ranking, students need to register for the QTAC ATAR Portal at qtac.edu.au.
