2025/26 U19s Female Emerging Players Squad Revealed

Cricket Victoria is proud to unveil its latest wave of emerging young players with the announcement of the 2025/2026 U19 Female Emerging Players Program.

The program aims to prepare players for the rigors of professional cricket through continued exposure to high level competition such as Victorian Premier Cricket and the U19 National Championships, which are set to be held in December.

This year's Metro and Country squads are highlighted by Victorian contracted players Samara Dulvin and Indigo Noble, and fellow Spring Challenge Season representatives Zoe Samuel and Bronte Leishman. Charli McLennan, Ira Aery & Indigo Noble also represented Victoria at the Cricket Australia Lanning Perry Camp in April this year.

The pre-season program will include training sessions at the CitiPower Centre and the MCG with holistic player development at the forefront. Players will be exposed to all aspects of being a professional cricket player.

This year's U19s Citipower Camp will include educational sessions with Cricket Victoria's Sport Science Sport Medicine team (Performance Psychologist, Dietitian, Strength & Conditioning, Physiotherapy) and the Victorian Women's program Player Development Manager.

In September, the squad will travel to Hamilton, Victoria, to play South Australia in a series of practice matches in the lead up to the National Championships. The Victorian Country and Metro U19 Teams will then be selected in October.

The squads will be Head Coached by National Championship winning Head Coach and Melbourne Premier 1's coach Teagan Parker, who moves from the U16s Program to coach the Country team, and Ringwood Premier 1s and Premier All Stars Head Coach Chris O'Brien, who will coach the Metro team.

The Assistant Coach roles will be appointed during the Emerging Players Program, creating more opportunities for coaches from Premier Cricket to Victoria Pathways Cricket.
