31 Year old male remanded in custody after crime spree in North-West and Northern Tasmania

Following Tasmania Police investigations relating to a multitude of offences occurring in the North-West and Northern Tasmania between August 2019 and September 2019 a 31 year old Kings Meadows male has been charged with 24 counts of stealing, 15 counts of driving whilst disqualified, 4 counts of display plate calculated to deceive, 1 count of possess a restricted substance, 1 count of evading police with aggravated circumstances, and 1 count of motor vehicle stealing, totaling in a number of 46 offences with a total property value of $15,461.02.

The male was detained to appear at the Launceston Magistrates Court in relation to the matters.
