Preparations are well underway for the 2023 Easter Rod Run, revving up to welcome over 350 Rodders to Narrandera. This year our signature event hits a major milestone celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Rodders to Narrandera and 38 years of the Narrandera Rod Run event.

Narrandera Shire Council recently met with organisers Steven and Kathleen Allrick to discuss plans for the 2023 event. This year's Rod Run will feature the Saturday night Crusin' no Boozin' and the Show 'n' Shine Easter Sunday.

The Saturday night 'Crusin no Boozin' will include live music, food, amusement activities for the kids. Mayor Cr Neville Kschenka is very pleased to see the formalised Saturday event return, "it is great to see the cars and people line our main street."

Easter Sunday's Show 'n' Shine will showcase rods from around Australia, music, amusements, food, and shopping stalls, "this is one of our biggest events on our calendar and is hugely popular, attracting in people from across the region." Cr Mayor Kschenka added.
