A case presentation on cholangiocarcinoma

This month's AGA Community Virtual Case Conference presents a conundrum in a case of cholangiocarcinoma, presented by Sujaata Dwadasi, MD, from the University of Chicago.

Her patient has a history of primary sclerosing cholangitis and ulcerative colitis (UC) presented to the gastroenterology clinic with worsening fatigue.

"During this visit, he was in clinical remission in regards to his UC. He has been on vedolizumab for the last one year, and currently on an every 4-week dosing. Workup for his new fatigue included basic labs, fecal calprotectin (FCP), MRCP (for PSC surveillance), serum CEA and serum CA 19-9."
