Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident in Epping on Wednesday evening.
It is understood a man returned to his home in Elaine Close about 11.25pm to find damage to the front wall of the residence, at this stage investigators believe the damage was caused by a vehicle.
No vehicle was located at the premises and no one was believed to be injured.
