With the bargaining survey closing next week, we thought it would be timely to provide you with feedback on members' responses so far.
- The survey has been open for one month and approximately one third of members have completed the survey.
- Members in every state and territory have participated but we would like to see more representation from our members in regional areas and the territories.
- Pay, workloads, rostering and fatigue, gender pay parity and career barriers are strongly showing as areas of major concern.
We will have more to discuss about the member claims we are taking to the negotiating table, after the survey closes.
