As the ACCC will have limited operations during the Christmas and New Year period, we wanted to provide you with details of arrangements over the break.
ACCC offices: Our offices will be closed from 12 noon on Tuesday 24 December 2019 until 8:30am on Thursday 2 January 2020.
Infocentre: The Infocentre will be open on Christmas Eve from 8.30am to 5pm, closed from 25 to 27 December and on New Year's Day, but it will be open on 30 and 31 December from 8:30am to 5:30pm AEDST. Consumers and small businesses who would like to make a report to the Infocentre are encouraged to use the Infocentre web form.

Product safety: Mandatory reports on product safety injury reports and recall notifications can be made via the Product Safety website.
