Acting Chief Prosecutor Named for Military Commissions

Col. George C. Kraehe, U.S. Army, has been serving as Acting Chief Prosecutor for the Military Commissions since Brig. Gen. Mark S. Martins, the former Chief Prosecutor, retired from the Army Oct. 1, 2021.

In accordance with applicable provisions of the Military Commissions Act of 2009, and the Regulation for Trial by Military Commission, the Chief Prosecutor supervises the overall prosecution effort in military commissions' cases.
