Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 46-year-old Adam MacGrotty.
A warrant has been issued for MacGrotty's arrest after he failed to appear at court for a willful damage offence.
Police have released an image of MacGrotty in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent Templestowe, Bulleen, Point Cook and Werribee.
