Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Adrian Kepa.
He is wanted on warrant in relation to kidnapping and assault offences.
Kepa is perceived to be of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 185cm tall with a medium build, short brown hair, and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Swan Hill, Kerang and Nyah areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kepa in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
