An AFP employee will appear before the Queanbeyan Local Court today (23 June, 2025).
The member is charged with one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, contrary to section 59 of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW).
The alleged offence occurred on 19 April, 2025.
The man was arrested by NSW Police Force on 18 June, 2025, and granted bail to appear before the court.
