Aggravated burglary and theft in Glen Huntly

Moorabbin Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating after a house was burgled in Glen Huntly last month.

The burglary occurred at an Augusta Street address about 8.55am on Thursday 18 June.

It is believed an unknown man entered the property via a back door and stole car keys and a mobile phone.

The man was confronted by a resident who gave chase before losing sight of the man near a nearby train station.

Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries.
