Agilitas acquires Sanctuary & Seven Group with Ashurst's advice

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Agilitas Private Equity LLP ("Agilitas") in connection with the buy-out of the Sanctuary & Seven Group and each of their respective subsidiaries from the founders and management sellers. 

Sanctuary & Seven is a high-quality provider of recruitment services covering a wide range of placements in the public and private sectors across the healthcare, social care, criminal justice and life sciences industries.

The Ashurst team was led by partners Braeden Donnelly and David Carter, supported by senior associates Dillon Fuzi and Sara Hamzawi and associates Gareth Mair, Christine Chang, Jasmine Fox and Camilla Booth-Clibborn.
