Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Aiden Kelly.
The 27-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to answer bail.
Kelly is known to frequent the Carrum and Keysborough areas.
Investigators have released an image of Kelly in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
