Alarm leads to alarming discovery in Cheltenham

Kingston Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating after plants believed to be marijuana were located in Cheltenham early this morning.

Police and emergency services responded to reports of an alarm going off at a Remont Court premises about 12.30am.

On arrival emergency services gained entry only to find approximately 40 of what is believed to be marijuana plants inside the building.

No one was located at the premises and the investigation remains ongoing.
