Allens is pleased to announce the appointment of David Gray as a partner in the firm's Corporate practice, based in Perth.
David brings more than 25 years' experience advising boards, companies and investors on complex M&A, takeovers and schemes, equity capital markets and corporate reconstructions. He will join the firm in April.
David has extensive experience advising on transactions across a range of sectors, including the resources, energy and mining services sectors, and also in health and industrials, among others, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of major transactions, from growth and capital raising to restructures and contested M&A. He is known for his pragmatic, commercially grounded approach, informed by deep experience working across both buy‑side and sell‑side matters.
The appointment bolsters Allens' market‑leading corporate practice and deepens the firm's ability to support clients in Perth and nationally, in navigating complex, high‑value transactions in sectors central to Australia's economy.
