Alliance Nursing Australia is committed to combatting skills shortage in Australia

Alliance Nursing

The demand for skilled nurses in Australia is increasing. Australian-owned Alliance Nursing has united all its sister agencies, including Belmore Nurses, under one Banner; Alliance Nursing, which includes Alliance Rural and Remote.

Belmore Nursing was established in 1951. At that time starting out as a family-run agency that today has grown into Melbourne's largest nursing agency.

Whitney Hunt, Victorian Operations Manager said, "It's a great change. It enables us to demonstrate our national footprint across the country so that clients and candidates understand who we are and how we can help."

Under the Alliance Nursing brand, local and international nurses can easily travel and work in different states and territories. This will potentially provide our health and aged care system access to thousands of more nurses to fill shifts locally.

"If nurses are on holiday and feel like picking up a shift or want to relocate for a few months, they can now do that really easily."
