Learn when to call an ambulance, what to do in an emergency, and where to find trusted health support.
Act FAST, Saves Lives (30 mins)
This is focused on stroke awareness and prevention. Learn how to recognise the signs of stroke, what actions to take immediately, and simple steps to reduce your risk.
This community session looks to empower our communities with life‑saving knowledge—because everyone deserves to feel safe, confident, and supported.
