We are seeking feedback on potential changes to the Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF) regulatory framework. We're looking to streamline and ensure it is fit for purpose.
Our proposed changes would:
- amend the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Rule 2015
- remake the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Regulations 2011 as sections of the Rule
- allow the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Regulations to sunset.
