From the end of January into March, the council will be conducting its annual community satisfaction survey.
During this time, your household could receive a call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
They have been commissioned to conduct the survey on behalf of the council. Similar surveys will be undertaken across Victorian councils in the coming months. The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Wodonga Council across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.
The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents using both landline and mobile phone numbers.
