A random sample of Monash residents, aged 18 and over, will be contacted in the next few weeks to provide feedback on Council's service and performance.
We've authorised researchers to doorknock Monash households that are randomly assigned on a grid basis to ensure every area of the municipality is covered.

Researchers will be doorknocking and interviewing until they have spoken to 800 residents. They will be wearing visible identification
