Over the next two weeks, from Monday 1 February, representatives from Metropolis Research will be conducting telephone interviews with 500 randomly selected Nillumbik residents for our 2021 Annual Community Survey.

The annual survey, which has been conducted by the independent research firm in Nillumbik since 2011, is confidential and the questions will cover a broad range of topics and provide important feedback to Council.

In previous years, this survey has been conducted in person, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, it will be conducted by telephone instead.

Council would really appreciate residents taking the time to speak with the Metropolis Research representative if they are selected. The information gathered is important as it helps inform Council in its aim to continually improve and refine our services to the community.
