Appeal After Fail-to-stop Crash At Seven Hills

Police are appealing for information following a fail to stop crash at Seven Hills earlier today.

About 5.15am (Tuesday 3 February 2026), emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving three vehicles on Wall Park Avenue, Seven Hills.

Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command attended and were told a black Toyota Hiace van, a white Subaru Outback SUV, and a white Holden utility had crashed.

The occupants of the Subaru are believed to have left the area in the Holden, abandoning the Subaru at the scene.

Following inquiries, police established the Subaru was reported stolen on Sunday 1 February 2026.

The driver of the Hiace van – a 35-year-old man – was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

A crime scene was established and inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash commenced.
