Appeal after serious assault, man critical, NSW

Police are re-appealing for information after a serious assault in Peats Ridge last month, NSW Police say.

Police were called to Gosford Hospital about 12am on Thursday 6 April 2017, after a 42-year-old man presented at the emergency department with serious head injuries. The man remains in a critical condition in hospital.

Subsequent investigations revealed that the man was assaulted at a service station at Peats Ridge.

Brisbane Waters Detectives are continuing their investigations and are appealing for assistance in identifying the depicted vehicles.

The first two images investigators believe to be a brown early 2000's model Holden Commodore (rear passenger tyre may be a spare tyre or have no alloy rim)

The other images investigators believe to be a mid 2000's Red Holden Commodore sedan.

Brisbane Waters Detectives are appealing for anyone who can assist with identification of the vehicles to contact Gosford Police or Crime Stoppers.
