Appeal After Serious Assault, Paradise Point

Police are appealing for public assistance following the assault of a man in Paradise Point on 16 June.

Around 2.40pm, a 62-year-old man was allegedly assaulted on the footpath along The Esplanade by two men following a verbal altercation.

The two men left the scene on a moped.

Investigators are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have CCTV, dashcam or other footage from the area around the time of the incident, to come forward.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
