Appeal for assistance, break and enter in , QLD

Longreach CIB are seeking public assistance to help identify a man involved in a break and enter that occurred in late September, Queensland Police say.

Around 5.10am on Sunday September 25, a man has broken into a supermarket on Ibis Street.

While in the store, he stole a number of food items before fleeing the scene.

The man (pictured) was last seen wearing a black balaclava and dark goggles or glasses, a purple long sleeved shirt, white cloves and black long pants.

The man also left a distinctive purple and yellow duffle bag near the scene.
