Appeal for dash-cam footage at Mundingburra, QLD

Police investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred at Mundingburra (Townsville) on December 24 are appealing to any motorists who have relevant dash-cam footage of the incident.

Investigations indicate at about 7.20pm, a vehicle travelling outbound on Ross River Road collided with two pedestrians at the intersection with Bowen Road.

The two pedestrians, a man and a woman in their 70's were both declared deceased at the scene.

Investigators are appealing to any motorists who have dash-cam footage of the incident, and in particular of the intersections with Charters Towers Road, Bowen Road and Queens Road between 7pm and 7.20pm to contact police.
