Appeal for dashcam vision after crash - Annandale

Police are appealing for public assistance as investigations continue into a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in Sydney's Inner West overnight.

Just before 2.30am (Saturday 1 April 2023), emergency services were called to Parramatta Road, near Mallet Street, at Annandale, following reports a woman walking across the road had been struck by a Holden utility.

Police have been told the white utility did not stop and continued to drive along Parramatta Road.

The 26-year-old woman was treated on scene before she was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition.

Officers from Leichhardt Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

As inquiries continue, investigators are appealing for anyone with dashcam vision in the area at the time or any further information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
