Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the Newcastle area today, NSW Police say.
Troy Gumb, 38, was last seen leaving John Hunter Hospital, along Lookout Road about 10am (Wednesday 29 August 2018).
Police hold serious concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
Mr Gumb has been described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a thin build, and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and long, black track pants.
Anyone who sees Mr Gumb, or has any information on his whereabouts, are urged to come forward.
