Appeal to locate man after Warwick Farm shooting, NSW

Police investigating a fatal shooting at Warwick Farm have appealed for help to locate a man who might be able to help inquiries, NSW Police say.

Strike Force Condan was established by Liverpool Police Area Command with assistance from the Homicide Squad to investigate the shooting murder of George Nassif last Sunday (22 July 2018).

Liverpool Police Area Commander Detective Acting Superintendent Paul Albury said the investigation into Mr Nassif’s death was progressing.

"A thorough examination of the crime scene has been completed which included an extensive search of the area resulting in the seizure of a number of items we believe belong to the offenders. Those items are currently the subject of further forensic analysis," Detective Acting Superintendent Albury said.

"We have also interviewed a number of people who have provided detailed statements regarding the incident.

We are however seeking the assistance of Mr Marko Krivosic. Investigators believe Mr Krivosic will be able to assist with the investigation and are encouraging him to come forward."

Mr Krivosic is a 27 year man of Middle Eastern-Mediterranean appearance, solid build and about 170 to 175cm tall.

Police are appealing for help from anyone who was near the George Street Warwick Farm unit complex on Sunday afternoon and may have seen or heard anything out of the ordinary.

"We would like to remind everyone that those responsible for Mr Nassif’s death are dangerous. If you have any information that you feel might assist, please contact the police."
