Are you part of a community group that is looking for more volunteers? Volunteer recruitment is a common challenge, with volunteerism declining across Australia.
Together with Volunteering Victoria, Council is hosting a Volunteer Recruitment Workshop. This workshop will cover effective recruitment of volunteers, including identifying your target group, motivations for volunteers to get involved, effective promotion and how to spread the word.
