Armed robber charged - Long Gully

Police have charged a man with armed robbery following an incident in Long Gully last night.

The 25-year-old Eaglehawk man was remanded overnight to appear before Bendigo Magistrates' Court today.

It is alleged the man attended a service station on Eaglehawk Road about 9pm and threatened a staff member with a knife before demanding cash.

Officers from Bendigo Uniform and Bendigo Highway Patrol responded and arrested the man.
