Detectives are investigating after a bottle shop was robbed at Bald Hills earlier this evening., Queensland Police say
At about 7.45pm a man has entered the Gympie Road business and has threatened a male staff member with a knife, demanding cash.
The attendant complied and the man left the store with a sum of cash.
The man is described as 170cm tall, medium build and wearing a black hoodie. He is believed to have headed south on Gympie Road.
The attendant was not physically injured in the incident.
Police are appealing for anyone who has dashcam or CCTV in the vicinity of Gympie Road, Griffiths and Fairway Streets Bald Hills between 7.30 and 8pm to contact Crime Stoppers.
