Armed robbery Mount Warren Park

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a baker at a shopping centre at Warren Park in the early hours of this morning, Queensland Police say.

Around 2am the 22-year-old man arrived for work in his red 2004 Honda Accord car. As he got out of his vehicle three men, one armed with a knife, demanded his car keys, wallet and mobile phone. The victim handed over the items and one of the men got into the man’s Honda Accord and drove away.

The other two men got into a stolen blue Toyota Tarago van which was later located by police abandoned at the intersection of Anchusia Street and Breynia Street at Kingston a short time later.

The victim was not physically injured in the robbery.

Police are seeking any information about the robbery and are keen to locate the red 2004 Honda Accord with Queensland registration 802 HTR.

Anyone with any information to offer police is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
