Members of the Drug and Organised Crime Section have arrested a 56-year-old Darwin woman and her 15-year-old grandson for the supply of a commercial amount of cannabis and possess tainted property.
The two were arrested last Tuesday afternoon at Berrimah with 2.7 kilograms of cannabis. $17,700 cash found in their possession was also seized, Northern Territory Police say
The pair have been remanded in custody with the woman remanded until May. The juvenile is scheduled to appear again in two weeks before the Youth Justice Court.
