Artbank launches new website

The new Artbank website is as dynamic and contemporary as the work in its collection.

The revamped website will help make Artbank's expansive collection of more than 10,000 works, including painting, sculpture, video and photography, even more accessible to Australians.

The website is user-friendly, accessible and simple to navigate, enabling visitors to browse works online and find out how easy it is to lease art.

For those who want to delve more deeply, there is information on new acquisitions, behind-the-scenes stories, profiles on contemporary Australian artists and curators, and details on all the latest exhibitions.

This year marks the 40th anniversary of Artbank, which has built one of the largest collections of contemporary Australian art in the world.

Their collection includes some of the best examples of Indigenous and non-Indigenous works by Australian artists such as John Mawurndjul, Rosalie Gascoigne, Sidney Nolan, Vincent Namatjira, Jeffrey Smart and Emily Kame Kngwarreye.

All artworks can be leased by organisations and individuals.
