Global law firm Ashurst has advised the sponsors, FB Group and Summa, on the development and financing of the Freetown Airport PPP project in Sierra Leone.
The project, a first of its kind in Sierra Leone, involved a US$125 million financing from DFC.
The Ashurst team was led by partner Matthew Wood, supported by senior consultant Simon Moore, senior associates Sam Naylor and Femi Omosuyi, associates Guy Seymour and Charles Guo. Partner Michael Neary and counsel Matthew Haist advised on New York law aspects.
