Global law firm Ashurst advised the shareholders of ECENTA AG (ECENTA) on the sale of the company to VASS Consultoría de Sistemas S.L. (VASS group).
The German consulting company ECENTA is specialised in Customer Experience solutions on SAP CX technology (Sales, Service, Marketing and Commerce). Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Walldorf, Germany, ECENTA became an international success, with 10 offices on three continents. The company's main markets are currently the United States, Middle/North Europe and South East Asia. Its staff of 220 professionals are experts in the implementation of complex projects for numerous clients across a variety of industries.
Madrid-based VASS group, which was acquired by private equity company OEP (One Equity Partners) at the end of 2020, specialises in the digital transformation of companies.
The acquisition of ECENTA is part of the VASS group's strategic commitment to continue its growth. The sellers, who are in ENCENTA's management team, will continue to work for the company and help to implement the integration of the companies.
