Global law firm Ashurst continues its strategic growth path by strengthening its tax practice in Italy with the appointment of counsel Roberto Ingrassia, based in the Milan office.
With more than 11 years of experience, Roberto provides expert tax advice with a particular focus on the structuring of complex financing transactions, securitizations, and cross-border investments. His practice also extends to dispute resolution and investigations, as well as indirect taxation, real estate transactions, and incentive plans for international clients.
