Global law firm Ashurst is advising Westpac on the sale of its $21.4 billion RAMs mortgage portfolio.
Westpac today announced that it has entered into an agreement with a consortium including Pepper Money, KKR and PIMCO. The completion of the transaction is subject to various conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to occur in 2H26.
